We are hiring seasoned Grant Writers. Please see the position description below. AtteniL Leadership and Management Group is a seasoned Business development Consulting Firm, who specializes in Urban and non-profit development. ALMC Group, LLC. was founded in 2000 and reestablished in 2019 and has experienced a burst of growth since 2021 after the Covid-19 Pandemic. We are members of the American Grant Writers Association as well as the National Grants Management Association. We are seeking to hire a seasoned Grant Writing Consultant who has the flexibility to work on several projects at one time, is open to detailed feedback and who has a minimum of 3 years experience with writing multi-year grants, federal grants and City Funding grant opportunities. We are looking for someone who understands the nonprofit environment within our current major urban cities of service which are: Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Salt Lake City, UT and we are currently branching into the Miami and Tampa, FL markets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from any accredited institution in the United States, have a passion for technical writing, possess expertise level knowledge of the Workspace function within the grants.gov application site, understand budgeting and have above average writing skills in developing budget narratives.
Location for position: Remote (would prefer the candidates to live in the cities of current service but not necessary)

Hiring for: 3 grant writers
Reports to: Lead Consultant or Managing Consultant- Grants and Development
Pay Range: $20/hour or project based- open to negotiations.
Travel Expectations: If located outside of Atlanta, GA, Nashville, TN or Cincinnati, OH, at least 1-2 times per month attendance at grant writing symposiums or visiting project sites as scheduled when necessary.
Final offer will be adjusted based on market rate criteria or your specific years of experience,
skillset, and qualifications.
